www.beagility.com is not responsible for any costs produced for the buyer due to customs clearance or payment of taxes.
In all cases, delivery terms are subject to the transport companies working hours and holidays. www.beagility.com is not responsible for any delays attributable to the carrier or the customer.
The products will be shipped to the delivery address indicated by the customer when placing the order, which may be different from the billing address indicated by the customer.
In order to optimise the delivery process, the address provided by the customer must be an address to which delivery can be made during normal working hours.
If the customer is absent at the time of delivery of the product to the provided address, the carrier will leave a note on how to arrange a new delivery.
It is recommended to check the accuracy of the delivery address (house number, postcode, etc.), as www.beagility.com is not liable for any damage caused during delivery if the address provided by the customer does not match the delivery location indicated by the customer.
Each delivery is deemed to have taken place from the moment the transport company makes the product available to the customer, which is noted by the control system used by the transport company.
It is up to the recipient to check the consignments on arrival, to make any comments and complaints he/she deems justified, and he/she may even refuse the package if it is likely to have been opened or to show clear signs of damage.
If the delivered products do not correspond in type or quantity to those indicated in the confirmation email, the customer may apply for their right of withdrawal at the time of the delivery. The return charges in the event of an error in the order will be covered by www.beagility.com.
In case of a delay, damaged or of an incomplete order, the customer may contact www.beagility.com.
Returns, Cancellations and Incidents
In accordance with applicable regulations, we grant you the right to return any purchased item within 15 days of receipt. You do not have to give any explanation, any item purchased on the website www.beagility.com that is returned in perfect conditions will be accepted. Within a maximum period of 15 days of the receipt of the reshipment, www.beagility.com will give a refund to the customer.
Before you make the reshipment, we will inform you how to return the item. We cannot accept items that have been made by a transport method other than that specified by us. If the reason for the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, www.beagility.com will cover the costs for the return and reshipment. If the reason for the return is that you do not like the order, we will refund the amount but not the shipping and return costs. The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer. We will inform you by e-mail or phone call.
Personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged as this is an exception implemented in Article 103 of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users. As it is a confirmed deposit, it is also non-refundable if the order is cancelled, as this constitutes a breach of contract under article 1124 CC, which gives us the right to demand the performance of the contract or its cancellation with the corresponding compensation.
If the product arrives in a poor condition due to the fault of the carrier, the customer must note this on the carrier's delivery note and call www.beagility.com within 24 hours of receipt to make a complaint. After this period without receiving such notification, www.beagility.com will no longer be responsible for any claims for this reason.
Regarding the cancellation, the customer will not be charged if the cancellation of the order is received before the departure of the goods, except in the case of personalised orders. In the event of cancellation after the order has left, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the costs of the reshipment.
In addition, www.beagility.com reserves the right to cancel any order placed through its website if it considers that it may be fraudulent and to make a full refund of the amount paid by the customer.
Once the order has been received and processed, your details will remain protected in our database and will be available for you, amend or delete if you wish to do so, as required by law. See Privacy Policy.
Warranty.
All products sold by www.beagility.com are covered by the legal manufacturer's warranty regulated by Law 23/2003 of 10 July on guarantees in the sale of consumer goods. It is for ONE YEAR, except in cases where, for specific characteristics or campaigns, the above guarantee is longer.
Applicable legislation and jurisdiction.
These terms of sale shall be interpreted and settled in accordance with the Spanish law, which shall apply in matters not provided in this contract in terms of interpretation, validity and execution.
Regarding any disagreement that may arise in the performance or interpretation of the relationship between the parties, they will be subject to the courts and tribunals of Bocairent (Valencia, Spain), except for cases of application of regulations for the protection of consumers and users.
